My file server contains some games. You are also welcome to share anything you want here. Files may get deleted if I run low on space, so do not treat this like stable backup. Message me for the password!

Minecraft Servers #

Vanilla 1.21.10 #

To join the minecraft server, add rileyshouse.gay as the server address. All my servers have a whitelist, message me to get added :)

Computercraft 1.21.8 #

This server requires that you mod your client. I’ve set up a MultiMC instance to make this easy. Follow these instructions:

1. Install MultiMC:
   1. Download MultiMC
   2. Copy it somewhere like “Documents” or “My Documents”
   3. Unzip it
   4. Run MultiMC.exe,
2. Setup MultiMC:
   1. Select your language
   2. Select the Java version you want to use (the default is fine). If you get stuck on this section, take a look at the MultiMC article on using the right Java, or ask me for help :)
3. Add account
   1. Click “Accounts” in the top right
   2. Click “Manage Accounts” in the dropdown
   3. The window that opens will guide you through adding your microsoft account. There is a scary message from microsoft about “are you sure you trust this software? They will have access to your account!” but you can ignore this. The people who make this software do it because they love minecraft, they do not make any money from it. I’ve also been using it for months without a problem.
4. Set up the computercraft instance
   1. Click “Add Instance”
   2. Select “Import from zip” on the left sidebar
   3. Paste the url https://rileyshouse.gay/assets/ComputerCraft-1.21.8.zip into the box labeled “Local file or link to a direct download”. That should be it! I’m happy to walk you through the process if you run into any trouble :)
